Usage Data: We log your interactions with the platform including pages visited, features used, and API calls made. This is stored in our access log system for security monitoring and platform improvement.

Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We retain subscription status and payment history.

Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and session data collected automatically when you use the platform.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Progressive Trinity platform
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Send platform alerts, signal notifications, and service communications via Telegram and email
• Monitor for suspicious activity and ensure platform security
• Analyse usage patterns to improve features and performance
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Your data is stored on secured servers hosted on DigitalOcean infrastructure in Bangalore, India. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted passwords using bcrypt hashing
• Firewall protection and intrusion detection
• Regular automated backups
• Rate limiting and IP monitoring to prevent abuse

Access logs are retained for 90 days. We regularly review and purge data that is no longer necessary.

Progressive Trinity integrates with the following third-party services which have their own privacy policies:

• Razorpay — Payment processing
• Telegram — Alert notifications (opt-in)
• Anthropic Claude API — AI-powered research analysis
• Financial Modeling Prep, Upstox — Market data providers
• DigitalOcean Spaces — Encrypted backup storage

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We use a ptq_access_token cookie for authentication and a ptq_user cookie to store your role and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. For more details, see our Cookie Policy.

Under applicable Indian data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
