Refund Policy

Progressive Trinity operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed on the same date each month from the date of initial payment. The following tiers are available:

• PRO: ₹2,999 per month
• Institutional: ₹9,999 per month

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Applicable GST is included in the listed price.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@progressivetrinity.com or through your account settings (once available).

Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent months
• Access to premium features will cease at the end of the billing period
• Your account and data will be retained for 30 days post-cancellation before deletion

Due to the nature of digital research and analytics services, we generally do not offer refunds for completed billing periods. However, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: If the platform was inaccessible for more than 48 consecutive hours during your paid period due to issues on our end, you may request a pro-rated refund for the downtime
• Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period, the duplicate charge will be fully refunded
• Unauthorised charge: If you did not authorise a payment, contact us within 7 days for a full investigation and refund if verified

Refund requests based on dissatisfaction with research signals, model performance, or investment outcomes are not eligible, as these constitute the inherent uncertainty of financial markets.

To request a refund, email support@progressivetrinity.com with:

• Your registered email address
• Date and amount of the transaction
• Razorpay payment ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
• Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Where a free trial period is offered, no payment is collected during the trial. You may cancel before the trial ends without any charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription will begin and the applicable fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will apply to subscriptions initiated after the effective date of the updated policy. Existing subscribers will be notified via email of any material changes.
