These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Progressive Trinity, a quantitative research and analytics platform operated by Progressive Trinity ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Progressive Trinity. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The platform is intended for users in India and other jurisdictions where accessing financial research tools is permitted by law.

Access to the platform requires registration and approval. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your credentials and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Progressive Trinity offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited access to the screener and public features
• PRO (₹2,999/month): Full access to MASTER, QUANT, and RESEARCH pillars
• Institutional (₹9,999/month): Full platform access including OPTIONS and US MARKETS

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

Progressive Trinity is licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute platform content, signals, or data
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the platform's underlying models or algorithms
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of SEBI regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure

All content, algorithms, models, scores, and intellectual property on Progressive Trinity are owned by Progressive Trinity or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary technology. The Trinity Architecture, DNA Score, Oracle Model, and all quantitative models are proprietary to Progressive Trinity.

Progressive Trinity is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information provided will be accurate or complete. Please refer to our full Disclaimer for details on the limitations of our research signals and analysis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Progressive Trinity shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any content therein, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
